"hundreds of movie stars who have attained their eminence because of a dimple in the chin or a bovine eye...."

wtf is a "bovine eye"?

I believe that's like "doe eyes"

see, doe eyes, that's pretty sounding. bovine eye? cow eye?

which sounds more likely:

"baby, you got the prettiest cow eyes"

OR

"the test results are back. you've tested positive for cow eye. i'm sorry."
