And many people don't have URLs associated with their names either (eg Carl Steadman). Speaking of, did you notice that chapter 8 is called "Carl"?

While we're on the subject of Carl, did you notice that several of the domains on Freedonia either expired or were snapped up by domain squatters? 99secrets.com, Dianabear.com, Ratstocats.com and Baffler.com are all gone.
